Boot Camp Graduation Stay
We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and had a great stay. The location was perfect for getting to Parris Island and close to shopping and restaurants. The home was just as described and was stocked with everything we needed. We were thankful to be able to bring our dogs too and they really enjoyed the large backyard.

Overall the property was nice. The house could have used a better detailed cleaning as we found a dog leash under the couch and the floors you could tell were not recently washed. The location was perfect for a quick drive to Parris Island, the grocery store and gas station.

Perfect Beaufort Stay
Everything about this house was perfect for us. We were there for our sons Marine graduation and the location of this house could not be any better, from door to base it took us 10 minutes. The decor was so cute and all the little touches made it a perfect home away from home for a few days. I can’t say enough good things about this house and owners, I would recommend it to anyone!

Great Place for a Family Stay
We really enjoyed the house. There were several personal touches throughout: trays of clean towels, snacks, supplies, etc. We came down for my oldest son’s boot camp graduation with our other 3 boys. So all the bedrooms were used, plus the game room area as a bedroom. It was separate from the main living area, so he still had a somewhat private space to sleep. The kitchen area was open to a living room space for all of us to spend time together. We had a few other family members in town too, so we had plenty of space to enjoy family meals. Everyone complimented the home and had a great time. It’s also incredibly convenient to base, grocery stores & restaurants. At the end of the road is a plaza with all those things right in it; then one right turn takes you straight to base. So we were happy all around and highly recommend this place. Especially for boot camp graduation.

Exactly as pictured, very clean, Beds and pillows very comfortable, 2 large TV’s in two separate living rooms. We had both TV’s on all day watching Saturday college Football !!!(UT Won) Ordered local pizza and wings (awesome) and sat outside by gas fire talking and relaxing up into the night. Fenced in back yard for doggie ❤️ Easy check in and out procedure. We brought our own fans for noise to sleep by. Coffee pot, coffee and supplies were an added bonus. Amy was a very gracious host and quick to respond to all questions we had. We will defiantly stay again. Very close to Parris Island Marine Corps base !!!

Loved this place!
We had a wonderful stay this weekend at Shell Point. The house was very clean and comfortable for our party of 5 with dogs. Our dog Lola had an absolute blast playing ball in the backyard. Amy was a great host all around. Lots of nice touches to make our stay most enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

MARINE CORP GRADUATION
The property was very nice....However we had to leave early because of Hurricane Ian. My grandson was graduating from boot camp at Parris Island and because of the storm his graduation was held two days earlier. Consequently we had to leave two days early in order to get out of harms way. We did not have travel insurance and I am afraid we will not get our money back for the two days we lost.

Inside the property in pretty close to the pictures. At arrival you could tell had been cleaned well. House has a little of everything you need. I do recommend taking extra bath towels. The yard needs some work. Grass was very high in the front and the back needs to be cleaned up. The neighborhood is older, but seems like some people are starting to fix up the houses. Very convient to downtown Beaufort, Hunting Island State Park etc. All of that said, I would stay here again no question.

Perfect location, beautiful home
Much more than we could have asked for. The hosts were very helpful and left us a very nice basket of goodies and lots of snacks. We were there for my sons graduation as a Marine and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the gates of Parris Island. We could not have been any closer. The home was spotless and absolutely beautiful. We could have not asked for more. This is a must stay for families visiting Parris Island. Thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating and prompt answering any questions.

The living space was amazing and laid out to easily accommodate our two families. The location was in easy reach of some interesting places, the cypress wetlands was a real highlight. Unfortunately we did find we were the best part of an hour to the nearest good beach. There is a 'shell' beach around 10 mins away but this may be disappointing if your after a day of sand and surf. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, perfect for some rest and relaxation. Any issues and questions were managed by the host with no fuss. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful home! So convenient!
Amy is a fantastic property owner. She thought of everything in the home too. We went to check out the area before my son joins the Marines in June and we are planning to stay again for graduation. We loved the convenience of being so close to Parris Island. It was wonderful to be able to bring our puppy too. He loved the fenced yard and appreciated the treats that were there for him. The kids appreciated the s’mores supplies and snacks as well. I just can’t say enough good things about this place! This is my favorite VRBO we have ever stayed in. Thank you Amy!

So cozy!
This is the sweetest house! My family came to visit Beaufort for a couple of days. This was the perfect house! So clean, has everything you could need and more. The decor is adorable! I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The little extras were so appreciated! This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved it! Would definitely stay again when we come to visit.
