"I booked this hotel for my parents after my dad was in a bad accident and sent to the local hospital. When they arrived around 2 AM my mom explained to the man at the desk what had occurred, since my father’s clothes were covered in blood. The man at the desk went above and beyond. He told them to leave the car, helped my dad out of the car, helped them all the way up to the room, and even brought him some water and crackers. I don’t know the man’s name but we are so appreciative and you are the epitome of what customer service is! "

"After 11 hours of driving, we had a couple of complimentary drinks and meal. We relaxed in the hot tub, took a shower and slept in comfortable beds. Ate a hearty complimentary breakfast early the next morning and refreshed, continued our travels. All this at a very affordable price. We will definitely stay at Drury again!"
