"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Extremely accommodating and perfect if you have a loved one at Cleveland Clinic, as they provide a shuttle to and from. Hotel room was clean and the restaurant has great food with excellent service. The surrounding area is East Cleveland which isn’t the safest area, but overall it was a good experience. "

"From check in to check out we Do not have a single complaint. Room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the queen suite with fireplace. Staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The woman that checked us in and was there all evening was so incredible, she was the perfect person to give off a first impression of this place! Breakfast also had many options, was organized and very tasty. Would stay again "
