The kids played out front on the swings and i had no hesitation letting them play while I made dinner. They jumped in the pool, but it was a little cold since it was January lol. We would defiantly utilize the property again if in the area. "

"We had a family wedding in PVB so my husband and adult kids were with me for an extended weekend and I stayed a few extra days alone to hang out with my sister who lives in Jax. This house was perfect. It was large enough for all five adults over the weekend and completely zen (!) for just me for the last 3 days. Our host truly paid attention to every little detail. "If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean home in a wonderful part of Jax Beach, look no further! The owner is great to work with and communicative. The rate is super reasonable and our Boston Terrier loved all the great places to walk. Although it is an older property and not fancy, the owner has done a nice job of continuing to update the interior..Thanks for another perfect stay, Zac!"

"Overall nice unit. Unfortunately it was 40 degrees for most of our stay and we couldn’t use any of the outdoor recreation items offered. It was a little chilly on the 1st floor but upstairs was fine. Appreciated the initial stock of shampoo, coffee, ect. Convenient location for shopping and access to highways. "

"The backyard is perfect at this property. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Location of the house is very convenient. Lots of places that are walkable including beach access. "
