Property was very cute. Fun place to stay. I read that the area wasn’t the safest but I felt safe the whole time. They will take u to wherever you want to go within a 1mile radius. Perfect for the JFK and holocaust museums.

Excellent location! Very safe and quiet. Having grown up in Dallas, I was very familiar with the Cooper institute. The facilities there are top-notch. The room was cozy and well-stocked.

Great place, unfortunately we kept getting interrupted by the building staff. Once when staff just walked in because they didn’t know anyone was in there. Super awkward because we were having sexy time in the bedroom with the door open when that occurred. The second time because they were spraying for insects. The female actually yelled at us to open the door which was very off putting. Can’t blame the owner of the place though because they only gave notice they were doing it less than 24 hours before so it wasn’t their fault. The area has a lot of homeless and isn’t the safest place at night but during the day it’s ok.
