"Failed clean and service my room the last day of stay. Was out of room from at least 10:45 am to 9:15 pm. No consideration on bill nor did I ask. Better hotels accommodate when they fail significant service. Maybe because they are not fairmount anymore. The do not disturb sign was not displayed. "

"We loved the elevators! My wife loved the softwater, better then at home. My only recommendation would be souvenirs in the snack shop. We enjoy buying memory pieces from cities we travel to. "

"Staff is very nice, very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay overall. There was a crack in our ceiling that should probably be looked at. My only complaint is that when we reserved the room we specially requested a high floor for views. When we reached out to the hotel to ask about an amenity. We were told that we had been booked into a lower floor and that we should ask for an upgrade when we arrived. Thankfully staff were able to assist with that. "
