Lakeside Lodge on Demmon Lake- 5bd/2bth Boats! Fun!

Come spend time at our favorite secret spot!!!! The perfect family retreat location!!

Swimming, boating, tubing/skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, ATV’ing are all available right here!
A beautiful, clean, spring fed lake in the Finger Lakes Region. NO zebra muscles and almost an acre of yard to play on! Nice, private and peaceful.

You will have 5 kayaks, a paddle boat and lake floaties here for your enjoyment of the lake. We even leave you our life preservers! Our children grew up on this Lake-it’s their favorite spot to be! :). We love to go back every year and hope you do too.


The Cottage offers a SO MUCH ROOM!
The Great Room offers seating for 14 comfortably, multiple dining areas, a full kitchen with updated appliances, 2 updated bathrooms, an outdoor shower, 2 refrigerator/freezers and 5 bedrooms. The second bathroom is located upstairs in the same floor as the bedrooms.

The lakefront is graded out to the lake with a sand bottom. It’s perfect if you like to wade in (like me ) or have small children. No big drop off at the shore :)

If you are looking for a waterfront place to gather that is clean, quiet, peaceful and fun. This is the right place. Perfect for families.

Lake Demmon Campground on he lake offers a camp store that has burgers, hot dogs, fish fries on Friday and ice cream! The kids can paddle over and get a special treat!
They also have pizza and other lunch and dinner snacks :)

A great weekend getaway!
This is the second time we stayed at this house and it is absolutely perfect! Our hostess had everything we needed in the house and it was very cozy. We enjoyed the easy access to the Demon Run ATV trails. We were blessed with nice weather and had a chance to take the kayaks out for a paddle. At the end of the active day it was nice to sit by the fire pit on the lake or in a comfy chair near the fireplace. Looking forward to going back next year❤️
