The staff was super friendly and although the room was clean, there was a smell in the room with numerous gruesome stains in the carpet and furniture.

The property was really nice and in a good area,its just the fact of staying there new year eve and new year was a little bit not worth it,everything was closed,restaurants for breakfast,lunch and dinner and bar so i stayed and didnt expect all that being i didnt want to be out for the new year

The apartment itself was very clean, functionally stocked for 4 people, nice view of city. The 2 main issues were the cellular key lock and the parking. One had to use your cell phone to access an app, press to open every single door to building, room etc. and sometimes didn’t work so you are stuck! A few times didn’t feel safe with a homeless person hovering around front door. No one in lobby took care of,the situation. Speaking of lobby, there is,no 2nd floor,lobby with staff to help, only a person sitting at a table with a computer on entry floor…they may or may not,be helpful with info, especially the inept parking situation. There was no valet available, we parked in the unloading zone as instructed online only to have someone, valet?? Come tell to hurry and move the car……it was a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. The place was pleasant but will not return.

Excellent. Great service, great room, maintenance fixed the one issue we had with our room within a day. Breakfast at the restaurant was good too
