"It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were wonderful. The Valet's were really nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the room was cold, I had the heat up to 80 and it was still chilly in the room. That being said, the room was beautiful and everything was clean and charming."

"Nicely remodeled, but the room layout, room 203, was not ideal or well done. . .door to shower and toilet very tight space. Walking around to far side ( window side) of the bed was an obstacle course and really tight squeeze. Nice wall covering in shower toilet room, but sloppily finished. A fifteen dollar " deposit" from my credit card was charged upon check in. At check out I was told that this would be refunded by the bank in a day or two. Given that I did not purchase anything why is this...
