"1/ wonderful , Staff , breakfast & location. 2/ Classic bath banyo dangerous for elder ages. 3/ Shortage information in the app as no indication to twin beds rooms. Thanks to morning dedicated counter team on 30th Dec date for their help and warm welcoming they arranged early check in for me without hesitation. Thanks to breakfast team for nice service."

"My check in experience was disappointing but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We arrived by rental car and my husband had to go return it while I checked in. I had two rolling suitcases with small bags on top, plus an armload of smaller stuff and jackets that we’d had loose in the car. I also wasn’t feeling well, but they wouldn’t necessarily have known that. I was struggling a bit with the suitcases on the cobblestones and the employee at the door made no attempt to help me. Check in is on the ground level but the elevators to the guest floors are up about 7 stairs. There were approximately 5 men who looked like employees or security officers standing around and no one made any attempt to help me up the stairs as I (a 30s woman) made multiple trips with my luggage. By the time I got to my room I was extremely annoyed. But I got into the bed and both the mattress (2 singles with a king topper) and the pillows were luxurious and honestly perfect. The front desk was later very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location. "

"İt was very nice and not very expensive, my husband said he really liked the breakfast. The second time we stayed we got a larger room which was better indeed. The only thing i want to note is , after taking a bath the bathroom floor is insanely slippery"
