The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed — from restaurant recommendations to hot air balloon bookings. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in traditional Cappadocian style. But the real highlight was the terrace — with its breathtaking panoramic view over Göreme, it’s truly the best place to watch the sunrise and the hot air balloons floating in the sky. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, local ingredients served with a view that’s simply priceless. "Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the comfort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Mrs. Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. "The hotel is a well kept upscale property reasonably priced with many amenities. It is located near the a marina, access to the subway and local shops and restaurants. Access to popular sites (Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia…) can be accessed within 30 minutes via subway."
