"Very comfortable, great area"

"My husband found the property while up in Duluth for their Outdoor Summit. We had friends over on Saturday night, there was eight of us. The main level was conducive to different groups and conversations with the large island and the warm fireplace. All guests, residents of Duluth loved the view of Spirit Mountain as they were making snow. What a beautiful place and enjoyed the sauna. We will be back. As mountain bikers and fat tire bikers, this place is in a great spot!"

"Shower didn't drain well. Shower handle was hard to figure out to get desired temperature. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the dock. We loved having a sandy beach and fire pit. TV was very nice for watching the Olympics. Overall, the house and outdoor area met our needs very well. "

We loved exploring the woods behind the house, coming across a small frozen waterfall. The location made it easy for us to get to and from shops, restaurants, and Bentleyville. "Beautiful home with great views!! We woke up to an amazing sunrise everyday and ending everyday by the fireplace. We were in town for a small wedding and the large kitchen was perfect for making all the appetizers and desserts we needed to make. My family really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!"

"Great stay - 6 adults and one baby. Loved the king beds in all rooms. Each couple had own bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Be aware lots of stairs, we brought baby gates. Easy access to trails. Great food and drinkeries just 8 minutes down the road in Lincoln Park. We preferred Lincoln Park over Canal Park for food/night out. "

"It’s a nicely kept and furnished cottage on a pond in a like in God’s country. We stayed there while the leaves changed and it was a perfectly cozy cabin after days in the woods or in Duluth. Perfectly quiet and beautiful trip, plan on staying again."
