"We absolutely loved everything about The Restoration. By far, my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. There were so many extras, like the complimentary breakfast basket each morning and drinks in the room. The nightly cocktails and charcuterie were great. Both the rooftop bar and basement lounge were fun - the espresso martini is to die for! The food at the Exchange was so good! The ambiance of the hotel is so cool. It feels both kitschy and comfortable at the same time. And the smell when you walk in is so good. It’s like books and leather and so fitting. I also never use the toiletries provided in a hotel, but when I tell you I never even got mine out of my bag during this stay, it’s the truth. I loved the Gilchrist & Soames London Collection so much that I ordered some to use at home. It smells so good! The bed was comfy and the couch in the room sat well, and not like a restaurant booth. The room and bathroom were so spacious, clean, and well thought out. The vanity in the room made getting ready much easier, no dancing around each other for space in the bathroom. They also have a free 2 mile radius car service (Jordan, the valet/driver was great!). I just can’t say enough about the hotel, food and staff. "

"Was a good location to drive to the Biltmore Estate facilities if you want to stay off the estate. Breakfast each morning was great and they varied the menu! The pool was open and they actually had towels available at the pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub spa was closed for renovations. "

"Absolutely LOVE this place. Home-away-from-home when I'm in the Asheville area. Downtown is a super easy walk from here, tons of dining options of all kinds, and parking is safe and easy. The hotel itself is an older property, but very clean, comfortable beds and run by great, hospitable people. Can't recommend enough!"
