"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"This Property is the cleanest one we have seen... And we have seen alot.. Perfect location. Close to all amenities... Hotel rooms are small especially bathrooms.. they do need to refurbish bathrooms.. take out bathtubs and bidets and make more room.. Other than that Great!!"

"Well located, within 5-10 minutes walk from beach and good restaurants. It was I portant for us to have a living area sépara from the bedroom and this fit the bill perfectly. We thought it was reasonably priced "

"The preservation of the original home and its fine architecture, Brazilian wood, and gorgeous hand painted tiles was meticulous and made for a very special stay. We really enjoyed the incredible presentation of our salt crusted sea bass at dinner. The service and food were top notch. We were also delighted with our gracious room upgrade, bottle of champagne upon arrival. Delightful property!"

"Really loved this hotel. Not nearly enough time here. Good check in and checkout experience - friendly and professional staff. Great dinner and breakfast. Fantastic manager last night at the dinner buffet. We had a great conversation about Sevilla, Marrakech and about how amazing Portuguese food is. Sorry not to be able to say goodbye as we left early but we'll be back. Amazing service at dinner and breakfast in the buffet area from the young, new Brazilian waiter. So friendly, so efficient and so quick! Delighted with this hotel resort and we loved the room too. Can't wait to return."

"Excellent property, far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to sea view room at arrival without even asking. The front desk staff, Ricardo, Ana and Ines were extremely polite and helpful. The staff arranged a boat tour of the coastline immediately upon our arrival so we could take advantage of the weather. The only suggestions we have would be to improve the Azur Bar service and food and on notifying the staff they immediately addressed it. Breakfast options were excellent and views across the property are incredible. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!"

"We selected the all inclusive buffet and it was amazing day after day. Sao was always welcoming and so was all the staff. The location is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. The backyard pool was pleasant to hang out around and read or have a drink. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Excellent stay of 2 weeks. "
