"A great find. On arrival we walked over to look at all the boats on Roydon Marina and had lunch at The Boathouse Cafe Bar, which overlooks the Marina. Staff friendly and helpful in the Hotel Reception. We had booked a windowless room but figured we'd be watching television or asleep so wouldn't need to worry about looking out of a window. "We had an amazing stay in the Kingsbridge House. Gorgeous. Went for drink in the Bar stable and even went to see the Xmas winter lights trial. Lovely set up with outdoor bars/food fire pits/blankets and sofas. Such a lovely atmosphere. Nice late check out in morning plus a good breakfast too. Everyone so friendly. We will be back again. "
