"This condo is steps from the pool and tennis courts, but walkable in many other ways. We easily walked to shops and restaurants that made the stay even more convenient. No need to rent a car and we just used ride-shares when we wanted to go downtown or elsewhere. I’ll choose this properly again when I go back to Palm Springs."

"The unit was great. A/c worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was very calm at all times. Everything was pleasant. Location was great. I enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint would be an odd smell in the condo that never seemed to go away. I still recommend staying here because for the price, location, and atmosphere, it is definitely worth it. "

"This was a very fine, well-equipped condo in a great location. We want to particularly mention Monica, who very helpfully assisted us with check-in over our phone, as we were traveling on our way to Palm Springs and did not have access to our usual email. One minor note for older couples like ourselves is that the unit is on the second floor with fifteen steps going up to it. Except for that, very minor, inconvenience, we very much enjoyed our stay!"

For example there was a lot of cob webs, the chairs outside were very dusty, those details matter. The bed is sinking in the middle. Also the place needs a lot of repairs, for example there was a loose floor plank, and the bathroom door is coming apart. The coffee station is not appealing. Overall this could be a great little place but it appears no attention has been given...
