"We had a great stay at the Relax & Play Chalet. First time to this area - we enjoyed a day of skiing just around the corner at Hatley Pointe and hiking Big Bald Mountain (right there in the neighborhood). The place was incredibly clean and well appointed for everything we needed for a cozy cabin getaway. We watched deer from the picture window in the bedroom, enjoyed a cozy fire and played games in the evening with the kids. Any question/issue that came up, we had almost immediate communication...

"My family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! This house is spacious and great for all ages! We spent mornings drinking coffee on the screen porch, snuggled up in blankets, enjoying the views. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everyone enjoyed the game room in the garage too! "

"Our family of 6 stayed here for a week from 10/7-10/14. Our GPS took us straight to the property. Glad we didn't come in at night time though, as the twists and turns up the mountain are tricky the first time. The best part of this property is definitely the views! The kitchen is well stocked with dishware/cookware. Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and plenty of towels. Six adults with 2 bathrooms did require some planning, but overall was not a big problem....

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nicely decorated, and not overly so. And I love to cook, even on vacation, and really appreciated the cabinet full of various spices. We found out that the "keys to your trip" email did not provide the access info to the home and that the owner typically provides that the morning of check-in. We had such a long drive on the day of check-in that we would have preferred the info before the arrival day, and for that reason, I did not give a "5" for...

"Wonderful place to stay! "

"House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home."

"I requested an accessible room but it was being renovated. I asked them for a regular room that would not take a long walk to get to. The honored the request. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It was the best night sleep I had on my 4-night trip. The others were in Days Inn which I would stay away from. This hotel also had good breakfast: eggs (yes, those expensive eggs), sausage, gravy, cereal, waffle and the usual toast, butter...and juice, coffee. I would definitely book them again."
