"Great hotel, location, room size, facilities and view. Only downside which I had read in other reviews is the wait time for the lift due to the amount of non residents going to the sky bar. However don’t let this put you off and although pricey I’d recommend you having a meal or at least a drink in the sky bar or sirocco restaurant "

"The prince palace hotel is an awesome hotel it’s huge and provides all the amenities one can ask for. However the hotel is a bit outdated but this doesn’t matter as everything is kept well and maintained. The staff do an excellent job at providing great service. The property is located a bit far from everything. For the price and value you can’t beat or find a better offer. "

"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."

"This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."
