"I will totally recommend this hotel for travelers who’s trying to get away from the very busy and hectic Sukhumvit street hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Special thanks to Annie Park at the checking desk for helping us navigating how to get to the attractions around Bangkok. She also send my wife a belated birthday cake. The only drawback was, you had to walk about 15 minutes to the MRT station. Thanks to all the staff. "

It’s clean, the decor is tasteful, the dining and room service are excellent. Most of all, the staff are fantastic and pay attention to every detail. This is my home away from home in Bangkok."

"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
