Highly priced for a one night stop over. Air conditioner in the room was only slightly cool and meals were over priced. $72. for a one course pub meal for 2 people. A buzzer is a required necessity at the bar as staff are busy serving coffee. Weve stayed in many motels in our travels,unfortunately this was the most highly priced. A lovely clean establishment,but due to the influx of contractors management increase their fees, which is detrimental to the everyday traveller. Would i stay there again-probably not,id go the extra mileage to Rockhampton.

A great place to stop. Proximity to meals and even coffee in the morning is excellent. Very clean. Very good parking and ease of unpacking. Could do with 2 comfortable armchairs. Existing table and dining chairs serve their purpose. Great place to stay.

Country Hotel/Motel Friendly stop.
Perfect quiet stop for a quick overnight stay. Friendly staff. Really comfortable bed. It's a hotel/motel so very convenient. Good wss great. Will stay here again.

The iron did not work. It dropped it water all over my shirt. The toilet ran and could long be drop by turning the tap off The grout and silastic were mouldings and needed some to clean them proper

Overnight stay
I stayed there on the way to a job. It's a convenient place to stop with easy parking. The rooms are tidy and the beds comfy. The hotel has good food at reasonable prices.

When we arrived to check unfortunately the receptionist had no record of my booking? I showed her my confirmation booking email on my phone but she still had no record...my anxiety levels sky rocketed because here my partner and I are in the middle of no where - freaking out if we were going to have a room or not. After some time she gave us a room but yes what a concern. So I am unsure if Hotels.com are communicating the confirmation bookings clearly to this hotel but something is amiss!

Not good ! No knowledge of reservation on arrival, three bed lamps in room, none working, no alarm clock, shower cubicle too small to turn around in or bend down, cleaning rags left on floor in bathroom and meal prices exhorborant in comparison with other place we've stayed.

Quiet location to relax and break the journey
Stayed for one night whilst attending a function in Moura (20 km away). Room was spacious and clean and the outdoor parking was covered and generous. Queen bed, table and chairs, mini fridge and sink area. Air con and small flat screen tv. Was able to buy dinner at the bistro but breakfast was unavailable on a Saturday morning. I did ring to confirm what was in the room beforehand and was told there was no toaster - but that was not the case. There was a toaster and had I know this I would have bought some bread and butter to make toast for breakfast. Booked through Wotif - the cost was $75 as opposed to booking directly with the hotel for $115 a double. The one thing that I thought was a bit strange was that the bed lights had been removed from the wall and not replaced with any other similar lights or bedside lamps - but it was not a real big issue for this particular stay.
