Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."

The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff.
