"The location is beautiful. The house was clean. kayaking and canoeing on the lake was amazing. Also rented a boat one morning to tour the tree beautiful waterfalls on the lake. The only issue would have been parking, however the owner was very accommodating. It's best if your able to park your vehicle inside the garage. Great lake front location with beautiful towns nearby."

"We came down for a weekend to visit our son who attends WCU but also to adopt a dog from the shelter. We knew we’d have a dog with us for the last night there and needed a pet friendly home and found Lisa’s place. The home, location, ease, location, and friendliness all exceeded our expectations. "Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer...
