"I have used this hotel for day use in the past but this is my first time staying overnight and it will not be my last. We stayed one night prior to our cruise and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nancy in particular made sure my elderly mother and it got an early check-in and were in a room conducive to my mom’s wheelchair. It’s near a lot of things in terms of grabbing a quick bite. I love that they have an airport shuttle and we were quickly picked up after getting our luggage. I would recommend it for a stay to those that are looking for a good location from the airport and to the port. "

"Our visit was so nice at the Loews. I wasn’t sure what to expect with some mixed reviews, but for us, the service, the facilities and the room were all great. Everyone who works at the Loews is so nice, starting with Alex at the Valet. It made our one nice staycation so fun. Our room was very nice. We were unfortunately next to a suite with a party which was quite loud (and the walls aren’t too thick), but by 11 it was shut down and not a problem. "
