"Major issue, and this is why I would not give it 5 stars. For a 4-star hotel, not to have free water and coffee 24/7 in room or lobby is inexcusable and irresponsible. We could not believe that this situation existed. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely great and everything else were excellent. "
"Location was perfect, the road outside the hotel was managed for trams passing only making it very quiet at the time we stayed, not sure if it’s permanent. Extremely clean and well decorated, very comfortable super king bed with a large sofa. Lovely touches in reception you can help yourself to, such as cakes, fruit and champagne. Umbrellas for guest use. Staff were all friendly, the whole hotel smelt gorgeous throughout, I cannot fault anything, loved it! "
"Every single member of the staf was very courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and caring . Very customer oriente"
"The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, providing thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The building has great character and significant historical interest. Lovely sitting area. Superb breakfast. Overall experience: outstanding. "
"The property is very well maintained and the staff was superb. It’s very walkable and safe . "
