"We were given our rooms on the 10th floor. Upon walking out of the elevator, the entire floor was pitch black like a horror movie. We stood there with our phone flashlights for about 5 minutes and still nothing. Started freaking out as a group so went back to the elevator and found a hotel wall phone. Yikes… what an experience! An empty hotel with no greeters or anyone working the front entrance, then a pitch black level to our hotel room. Never again"
