The royal palm is in a beautiful setting!!
The staff makes you feel like you are at home.
Jesus, Gustavo, Annelise(spelling), and Diego.
Also all the other staff members.
The property needs some TLC.

This is a really nice property, but for me a pool is very important when I stay at a resort. The pool water was cloudy and not very appealing/inviting. The area around the pool itself was great.
