### Stylish holiday apartment with modern "Harzer" charm with sauna and bath
Spend wonderful vacation days in our stylishly furnished, approx. 80 sqm \*\*\* apartment. It is located at the height of tower 2 of our residential complex on the 2nd Floor.
The apartment was extensively renovated at the end of 2016 and completely refurbished. In the living room, our guests will find a comfortable couch, a spacious armchair and a rocking chair. A large TV on the satellite system gives access to a variety of TV programs. A compact system offers a CD player, USB MP3 player, FM radio receiver and the option of connecting additional audio sources via Bluetooth. From the living room and both bedrooms you can access the approximately 12 square meter balcony. The balcony furniture invites you to breakfast in the morning sun. The beds in the bedrooms have new mattresses and new bedding. Each bedroom has its own shower bath "en suite".
The spacious entrance hall leads to both bedrooms and the kitchen. There is a complete kitchen equipment with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle and toaster to be able to spoil yourself with culinary delights. You will find a washing machine and a dryer in the area of the indoor swimming pool. The coins can be obtained from the caretaker.
You reach the 10 x 20 m heated swimming pool via the hall and down a flight of stairs. There you will be pampered with a water temperature of 29 ° C. A large sauna area offers the opportunity for further relaxation. Fitness room, table tennis and billiard table invite you to exercise.
The apartment complex has a covered entrance area, which can be reached directly with the vehicle on arrival and departure for loading and unloading the luggage. Luggage trolleys for transport within the facility are available free of charge.
A reserved parking space is available to our guests in the underground car park. Alternatively, you can park on the public parking deck.
A small kiosk in the lobby of the apartment complex offers bread service, magazines and other small things should they ever be missing.
The spa town of Bad Harzburg offers a variety of options to make your vacation interesting and varied. An 18-hole golf course, mini golf course, high rope climbing facility and much more are available for sporting activities. A special attraction is the recently built tree top and root path. Many events over the course of a year, such as the Festival of Lights, the Horse Racing Week or the Chestnut Festival, are attractive milestones in cultural life in Bad Harzburg.
The strolling mile of Bad Harzburg, the Sole-Therme and the cable car can be reached on foot from our apartment complex. Extended hikes can also be started directly from our facility. At, you are, so to speak, "right in the middle"!

#### Herausragende FeWo mit toller Ausstattung und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern !
Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Jungs im Alter von 12 und 15 Jahren ein Woche in der "Echt Harz" FeWo zu Gast und waren sehr sehr beeindruckt. Absolut top ausgestattet - sehr schön geschnitten vom Grundriss mit zwei seperaten Bädern, sehr sehr guten und weichen Betten ! und einer Küche, in der auch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet wurde wie scharfe Messer und sogar ein Eierpiekser !!! - Die Wohnung ist ein wenig stylish eingerichtet mit den grossen Fototapeten, ist sehr sauber, gross, gemütlich und mit vielen Extras beim Einzug wie eine Flasche Sekt, Süssigkeiten im Wohnzimmer, Salzstangen... Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt (bis auf Weingläser :-) ) und wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl. Problemlose Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter über Handy und persönliche (!) Übergabe und Abnahme am Ende. DAS ist nicht selbstverständlich.Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock der ehemaligen Hotelanlage Kurhausstrasse, allerdings nicht in einem der Türme sondern im Basement im zweiten Stock, eine Etage über dem Schwimmbad. Nutzung des grossen Hallen - Schwimmbades ( 6:30 Uhr - 21 Uhr täglich) sowie Saunanutzung (nicht täglich) inbegriffen und hervorragend !! In Bad Harzburg selbst bieten sich viele lohnenswerte Ziele an wie das Luchsgehege mit Fütterung, die Seilbahn, die Soletherme, der Burgberg u.a. und man ist in 30 min auf dem Torfhaus und Goslar u.v.m. Alles in allem sehr sehr empfehlenswert, gerade ebenso wegen den sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgebern! Wir kommen gern wieder ! Familie Meißner

#### Es war wirklich herrlich
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man kommt schnell zum Burg.Berg.Zenter. von wo aus man tolle Sachen für jung und Alt machen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Im Haus gibt es neben Schwimmbad und Sauna auch einen kleinen Kiosk, wo man Brötchen bestellen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden in der Wohnung sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach dem Onlineinserat. Sie war sehr sauber und verfügte über einige nette Details: die Fototapeten (Eingangstür!), den künstlichen Kamin. An der Ausstattung gab es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Wenn man in der Wohnung ist, stört dann auch der monströse Betonbau nicht mehr.

Der Gebäudekomplex selbst ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man aber in der Wohnung gar nicht. Diese ist hell und modern ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung war super. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Gegenteil es war mehr vorhanden als sonst üblich. Das Schwimmbad war auch top.

#### Basenfasten im Harz
Man merkt sofort, dass die Vermieter ganz und gar auf ihre Gäste eingehen und mit Liebe alles herrichten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Eingangstür ist der Hammer. Die Bäder sind ensuite, was mega ist. Für jeden Gast liegt ein Bademantel bereit. Im Bad liegen Duschgel und Fön parat. Das Schwimmbad ist unbezahlbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Sekt und Pralinen. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Vermieter, die sehr nett sind.

#### Ideal für 2 Paare
Wir waren mehr als begeistert. Aufteilung der Wohnung top, Qualität der Ausstattung super, 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit innen liegenden Badezimmern fantastisch! man hat von dem anderen Zimmer absolut null gehört, sobald die Tür zu war. Betten gemütlich, Küche wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, alles genügend vorhanden für 4 Leute inkl Spülmaschine. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Schwimmbad, Sauna und Kegelbahn sogar auch noch mit dabei. WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. man darf sich von dem äußeren hier nicht abschrecken lassen. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und es wird alles nötige erklärt, sehr unkompliziert. Wir können nur DANKE sagen für die schöne Woche! Hier kann man wirklich bedenkenlos buchen und einen schönen Urlaub verbringen

#### Tolle Ferienwohnung
Das Apartmenthaus hat einen gewissen Charme, man fühlt sich wie in der Zeit zurückgereist 😊 sehr weitläufig und sauber, Schwimmbad und Sauna, Tischtennis, Kickertisch und Kegelraum. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Kiosk, bei dem man sich Brötchen für den nächsten Tag bestellen kann. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist sehr schön gestaltet, sehr stimmig und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Leider waren die Duscharmaturen irgendwie kaputt, so dass man nur heiß duschen konnte. Das sollte aber mittlerweile behoben sein, die Kommunikation war sehr nett 👍 Wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall auf unseren nächsten Besuch hier 😊

#### Schöner Kurzurlaub
Es ist schon beeindruckend, was man aus einem alten Hotel machen kann. Die Fewo ist super eingerichtet, wie beschrieben. Zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt, Wasser und Süßes. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Gut geeignet für 4 Personen, da zwei Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bad. Lage sehr ruhig und bis ins Stadtzentrum nur 7min zu Fuß. Diese Fewo kann man nur empfehlen.

#### Alles Bestens
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Paare. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Bad Harzburg ist zu Fuß erreichbar und viele Wanderungen können direkt von der Wohnung aus gestartet werden, auch zum Brocken. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Übergabe der Wohnung zu Beginn und am Ende war persönlichen unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

#### Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ear alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Was ein bisschen gefehlt hat war ein leerer Schrank in Küche oder Wohnzimmer um eigene Vorräte unterzubringen. Es ging aber auch so. Die Lage ist super, man guckt direkt in die Bäume, ist aber in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Obwohl die Wohnanlage recht groß ist, war die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Schön ist auch, dass im Haus Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden sind.

#### Sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Vermieter haben uns am ersten Tag persönlich empfangen und Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt unglaublich zentral, der Kurpark und Baumwipfelpfad etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe für das Detail eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders ist natürlich auch das Schwimmbad in der Anlage zu nennen, das vor allem die Kinder täglich genutzt haben. Wir kommen gern wieder!

#### Schöne Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben eine Woche im April in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden durch den Gastgeber sehr freundlich begrüßt (und auch im Anschluss verabschiedet) und haben netterweise zur Begrüßung Sekt, Selters und Leckerlis vorgefunden. Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat. Alles da was man braucht, sauber, ruhig gelegen, außergewöhnlich designt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns dadurch auch erholt. Die interessanten Sachen in Bad Harzburg sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen und auch für Goslar, Wernigerode, Brocken und Quedlinburg ist die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben, dann hätten wir vielleicht auch noch Zeit für das schöne, hauseigene Schwimmbad gehabt. Wenn wir wieder nach Bad Harzburg kommen, dann nehmen wir sicherlich auch wieder diese Wohnung! Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter!

Sehr schöne Whg, alles zutreffend wie in der Beschreibung. Einrichtung neuwertig, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Toller großer Pool. Immer gerne wieder

#### Super Wohnung mit viel Komfort für Familienurlaub
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung bietet mit zwei Badezimmern absoluten Komfort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Bad Harzburg ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Kindern.

#### Tolle Woche!
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt: sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Bademantel inklusiv; toll war auch das Badezimmer direkt beim Schlafzimmer, es gab gleich 2 Badezimmer, wennman zu viert fährt ist das perfekt. Volle Punktzahl, wir werden wieder buchen :).

#### Super Ferienwohnung!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, es ist alles da,was man braucht, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, es standen in jedem Zimmer Blumen, Süssigkeiten, Getränke, wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen aber diese Wohnung übertraf alles,vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!!!

Wie schon vielfach hier beschrieben haben auch wir uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten schöne, entspannte Tage in Bad Harzburg. Vielen Dank an die sehr freundlichen Vermieter.
