"The hotel was beautiful and check in was fast and easy. We reserved 2 beds but she had one but they gave us 2 and the room was nice except the heater was super noisy and we were facing a roof and parking garage. I told them we were not satisfied so they moved us to a quiet room facing the city. They accommodated us very nice. Restaurants were all closed and when our show got out there were no options for food. We went to bed hungry because their restaurant, which said open until 11, would not let us order anything at 10:40. They need more options for food, but hey, the bar was open!"

"The bed was very nice to sleep on. Not to hard or soft. The bed has a metal decorative frame that is detached in one corner. So it made the overall appearance look tacky."

"Chelsea was wonderful to work with at the front desk. I came into town for work with a jazz band out of New York and myself traveling out of Seattle. I knew I'd be on my feet all day in dress shoes and planned for a room with a bathtub for the evening thinking I had booked that with a corporate king, I didn't and since I booked with Expedia it was more difficult to adjust but Chelsea went above and beyond and by the time I arrived back I was SO thankful to relax my body in a nice warm bath. Breakfast had a great selection of an warm foods, proteins, fruits, grains and a variety of juices. The room was clean, we were very satisfied. Thank you so much!"

"Very friendly, helpful staff. We especially appreciated the woman in the kitchen who went out of her way to make us a salad when we arrived at the time the kitchen was closing & we had just returned to the hotel at the completion of the NCAA Women’s March Madness game we’d attended. So thoughtful & helpful to two tired guests. Loved the location on the River Walk & ability to walk everywhere."
