"Super easy parking right next-door in garage although you’ll have to pay $30 for it. Hotel generally beautiful though the rooms are dated. not a luxury stay but super convenient and right in downtown Burbank."

"The front desk staff were very friendly. Valet staff were very prompt and friendly. The hotel is nice but the floors in the room needed to be cleaned. The beds were old. The AC needs to be maintained, it made a loud noise every time it turned on. Pleasant stay otherwise. "

"It was a short stay. Room were spacious. Beds were good. Pillows were awesome to fit everyone need. Parking was secure. WIFI was fast and secure. TV were good with channel but not smart TV. Bathroom were ok. Shower pressure was low. Toilet tank was faulty "

"We had a great 2 day stay. Next time, we will bring paper towels and a few other necessities. Cleanliness, there was hair in the kitchen sink and the balcony could use a power wash. We had to ask for a shower curtain. HOWEVER, the staff was very friendly, the space and view of the corner suite was grand. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for having us!!"
