"My family and I visit San Sebastián often and this is our favorite apartment of all we have seen. The location is lively with great restaurants and activities nearby, so close to the beach, and an easy walk to other, more touristy neighborhoods. My kids loved the playgrounds across the street and the nearby Txofre Plaza. The apartment itself is sunny, nicely renovated, and well-appointed. The host is lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again."

"Spacious apartment in central location, just steps to old town and la Concha beach. Clean and with very good amenities, including new windows so outside sounds were not really noticed. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was very good. If driving, the entrance to Boulevard Parking is immediately on the right as you turn left onto Zumardia Boulevard."

"Once we got through the check in process (different property down the street), the rest of our stay was seamless. Great location in the area, walkable to many restaurants and sights, and right next to a grocery store (food, wine, etc). It was just the two of us, but could have easily and comfortably fit 4 people, especially with the 2 full bathrooms. The balcony was phenomenal - that view will be in my mind forever! Highly recommend this location and rental property!"

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir haben die Natur und herrliche Atlantikluft sehr genossen. Es hat uns nur das kleine und sehr enge, offensichtlich noch nicht renovierte Bad, mit Sitzbadewanne als Dusche, in unserem "Wohlbefinden" beeinträchtigt. Allerdings war die Sicht auf den Hafen und den Atlantik einmalig schön. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt."

"we really enjoyed this very nice and well remodeled apartment in San Sebastian. The place was clean and very comfortable and very well thought out. The host had made many thoughtful touches to the place. We feel the location was the best in the city. Also, during our stay, the host was very, very nice and very responsive, trying his best to, answer any questions as soon as possible and help us with any issues overall, it was a very smooth and enjoyable trip. "Mari Carmen’s flat was perfect for our four week stay in San Sebastián. We used her terrace as much as possible as the weather was beautiful. The flat is in perfect location and easy walking to all neighborhoods in town. Mari Carmen was so responsive to our many questions. She offered suggestions for day trips, eating, shopping and more. We were sad to leave this lovely flat and beautiful city, but we will return to both!"

"Ideal from our point of view: sparkling clean with all the equipment needed (except for tea mugs). The beds were comfortable and.the shower spacious and with a good water flow. Transmission of the Vuelta and.rugby world cup cut down on the time left to make the most of a well-stocked library. We met our host briefly at the beginning of the stay. He could not have been more charming and helpful."
