"The Casita is possibly the best VRBO experience in the world! Mom & I met in the middle here and If we hadn’t had appointments for some pampering, we never would’ve left the Casita. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response."
