"The person at the front desk was very warm and friendly and informative. It seemed very natural and genuine. It was fast and efficient .The hotel is old and dated. Many hallway and elevators and just because you use one elevator doesn’t mean you will get to your room. Each elevation is assigned to a bank of rooms. Very confusing, especially for a weary traveller. I wish the airport shuttle was running longer as the exorbitant taxi charges for a 4km ride or 2 miles was beyond belief. ($45 us). Although not the hotel fault but a longer shuttle time would avoid that so the cost is not a first impression of the city. "
