"It is a brand new gorgeous hotel. The rooms are extremely cozy. We stayed in the beginning of October in a room with a pool and the water was very refreshing. It was great to get in and out but not warm enough to stay in longer that several minutes. The view is breath taking and you will wake up to it. "This is a relatively small hotel, new (built in 2015) and comfortable. It has a small pool which is very well maintained and a pool bar area. The views are excellent, right over the sea and overlooking the sunset. The beach itself below the hotel is not much, there are much better ones a 10-15min drive away but if you want to stay near the room it's ok. The hotel is fairly expensive for what it offers but in this area there are not many choices if you want to stay somewhere nice"

"This house in Marathopoli was the perfect home base for our family of 7 (all adults except one teen) for a week in June. Wanting to avoid crowded cities, this small seaside village 3.5hrs southwest of Athens was ideal to relax and unwind, serving up amazing local food, with a beautiful spot to swim in the sea at the end of the street or at the gorgeous beach nearby. "We never had the chance of visiting the property because Expedia offered us a non existing, non-refundable booking confirmation in a full hotel! To the merit of the hotel they contacted us soon enough to notify us about this, and that their minimum stay was 3-days. Until the date we still don't know why this booking went on but we're taking this the legal way. Lessons learned: We will never use expedia for any other future bookings."

"We were a family of 10 with 2 kids, found this villa very nice, with lovely large bedrooms, kitchen with all the necessities, such beautiful grounds surrounding the villa with many flowering shrubs and olive trees. Our housekeeper Nana was a delight. Always smiling and happy to help when needed. There was a swimming pool and access to the beach . 20 minutes to Pylos and Gialova restaurants were close by. Overall a wonderful place to stay."
