"This property was perfect!! I loved that this is a historic house, yet it felt modern (not creepy). Pics and descriptions were accurate and the location was so convenient for our travels betweeen Linden and Marshall. Our daughter was married at the beautiful white chapel on the campus at ETBU in Marshall and then a reception at the Fire & Knives Tavern in Linden. Most of my family (and now my daughter) live in Linden so I will definitely be booking a stay (or more) at this house in the future....

"This cabin is beautiful. The interior is clean and comfortable and has just about everything you'd need for a short stay. We enjoyed the accommodations for sure. Now the bad part, the hot tub wasn't working the first night we arrived. The host was super responsive and offered to send someone out that night to fix it. We told her that the next morning was perfectly fine. We spent the day in Jefferson, maintenance came out to fix the hot tub. When we got back from Jefferson, the hot tub was on and...

"This property was perfect for our recent family reunion in Longview. The house has been beautifully updated and is much larger than we expected. The layout allowed space for everyone. The rooms were quiet and secluded from the living space. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space. Location was perfect. "

"Had the opportunity to stay at this property 12/28/24 -12/31/24, the drive in was a little rough due to traveling at night in the rain, property was easy to find with gps, property had all the amenities one would need, excellent view on the water, looking to do this property again when it’s a little warmer temps, overall I like this particular VRBO.., "

"great spot for 3 families - two separate bed/baths on opposite ends of the house; one mid-way with separate bath worked great.... We could not figure out how to operate the 4 televisions b/c they all had different/separate remotes/controls..More specific information is needed to operate TV systems; we wanted to watch network TV sports broadcasts but were unable to do so because instructions for using TVs were unclear .
