The location is perfect - close enough to Carbondale for convenience, but just far enough from the city to be a comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The cabin was clean, spacious and well appointed. "Linda and Jon were great and very responsive hosts. The cabin had everything you'd expect for a rural setting. The evenings were super quiet and the skies were super dark. The cabin was very warm and cozy for our winter stay. Perfect for a getaway for 2. The recent ice and snowstorms provided for some stunning landscape views. We'll definitely consider booking again when we come back to the area."

"The cabins are located in a very quiet, woodsy area. One fear we had was that it might smell musty. We couldn't have been more wrong. The cabin was so inviting and incredibly clean. No musty smell at all. The pictures online show the property well. But, it is even more beautiful in person. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a nice gas fireplace and a nice fire pit outside. I would definitely recommend...
