"Sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus mit hervorragenden sehr großen Garten. Die Aussicht und in mitten vom n Bergen traumhaft. Super Parkmöglichkeit. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner waren verfügbar. Einzig waren wir etwas überrascht das das Haus direkt an der teilweise viel befahrenen Hauptstraße lieg (der Garten befindet sich hinter dem Haus und man bekommt so nicht so viel der vorbeifahren Fahrzeuge mit), was aus dem Exposé so nicht erwähnt und ersichtlich war....

"We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op de boerderij van de fam Sabitzer. We waren met 2 gezinnen, in totaal 9 kinderen maar er was ruimte genoeg zowel binnenshuis als buitenshuis. Veel speelgelegenheid voor de kinderen. De boer en boerin wonen er naast en waren erg vriendelijk en hebben erg hun best gedaan om het ons naar het zin te maken. Als er wat is zijn ze er maar ze lieten ons heerlijk vakantie vieren. Er is een hond die erg kindvriendelijk is. Onze kinderen vonden de kabelbaan en bij...

"Das Bauernhaus ist schön die Kinder waren von der Scheune begeistert, allerdings sollten die Wespennester entfernt werden. Eines unter dem Tisch, das besonders gefährlich ist, unser 5-jähriger wurde gestochen. die Spiele sind super, die Räumlichkeiten gross und interessant, ein Platz zum wohlfühlen. "Can’t recommend enough. Size and amenities of the holiday flat are fantastic, the hospitality of the hosts is outstanding and we loved all the farm animals, especially Maya the dog and the ducks. Not far (15min) drive to the ski area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis which has a lot to offer, especially for families - we lived the night show, night skiiing, fondue and night sledging. Thank you for everything, Frau Maas!"

"Very helpful but unobtrusive hosts. Spacious, new and clean. All needed amenities for self-catering, although could be even better with a microwave and/or laundry options. Hosts should collect damage/extra-cleaning deposit from guests on arrival although it's refreshing to find people/places in this world still operating on the honor system (the Bergeralm Ski School did, too!) "Traditional austrian house attached to a horse stud farm. Very welcoming host , excellent commjnication. Spacious and quite well appointed. Lovely master bedroom and 2 other good sized bedrooms, 1 small bedroom in need of some updating. Advice and instructions useful in managing the air flow, insects and recycling system. Some outside space where you could enjoying watching the horses. We had a lovely holiday exploring the lakes nearby ( swimming at seeham and mattzee) and mountains. "

"Beautifully restored old farmhouse, with plenty of character, lots of space, and (mostly) all the facilities you could want. Very friendly and helpful owners. Perfect position for the ski bus, with a convenient local supermarket. The "mostly" refers to the fact that the satellite TV wasn't working - not a technical issue, just a lot of snow covering up the dish. All in all, thoroughly recommended."

"Hyggeligt lille sted. Ligger langt fra alting. Egner sig ikke til stop over på vej syd på. Tager min 30-40 min at komme tilbage på motorvejen. Værelset var meget lille. Badeværelset var så småt at jeg ikke kunne stå oprejst. Ekstrem hård seng. Vil ikke anbefale dette sted."
