The outdoor space features an awesome pool, hot tub ( Not OPERABLE until further Notice), plenty of seating and tons of space.

Other Things to Note:
Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.
