So beautiful!
This cottage was so immaculate and beautifully decorated. The owner thought of everything a guest may need and supplies were plentiful. It looks brand new and is cozy and comfortable. We loved staying here as it was close to Augusta and Gardiner. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this property!

Our Augusta Maine Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage on Dam Pond. Everything went very smoothly checking in. Our host, Mark answered any questions we had and was readily available. We had not been to Augusta before and enjoyed Maine Cabin Masters, Fort Western and Cushnoc Brewing. C and J Warner Cicero, NY Thank you for your lovely cottage and all the amenities. Awesome cottage and beautiful location
The cottage is like new, and one of the best stocked and equiped VRBOs we have rented. The setting across the street from a lake is beautiful and tranquil. Our host, Mark, was accomdating, friendly, and helpul. My wife and I both highly recommend this cottage!

Maine retreat near Augusta
This is a very new house across the road from the dock on the pond. It was very quiet with just a bit of traffic on the road in the morning and evening. Very well equipped and spotless. Everything was provided for Kayak/Canoe journeys on the pond.Also, it is only 10-15 minutes from downtown Augusta which made it very convenient for us. We enjoyed our stay and would book this house again.

Stay over graduation weekend
The home was lovely and cozy. The location was easy to find and entry, even late at night, in our case, was very straightforward. There were so many nice, welcoming touches that we appreciated and wished we could have spent more time there! If it was possible to give it a perfect rating, we would!
