"The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. A couple of our days started really early, and though breakfast starts at 7am, they went out of their way to start breakfast 30 mins earlier, just for us. On another day, we got back to the hotel at 1030am and were they graciously kind to bring out the remaining hot, breakfast food and drinks (breakfast ends at 10AM), just for us. You do not get that type of service anywhere these...

"We had a rough check-in experience where we were told there were no luggage carts available and that all the floors had been thoroughly searched. We had to make multiple trips from the garage to our room with luggage. There was a cart right by the elevator… so it wasn’t searched as thoroughly as we were told. After the initial rough check-in experience, all the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is probably the best we’ve had for a free hotel breakfast. Lots of options! Nice...
