It’s a one bedroom with two luxurious queen beds, one bathroom, two separate vanity areas, a sleeper sofa with a full Tempur-pedic mattress. Living space open to the patio with a bbq grill. Comes with all new amenities. Large smart TV with sound bar in the living room for game days and a flat screen tv in the bedroom for sleepless nights. Soft close wood cabinets with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, full refrigerator, oven/cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a Keurig & coffee maker, ceiling fans in both rooms, two blow dryers, cable tv and free WiFi. Common area for your use upon request if needed for a special event. "One free parking space" is included for your stay. Public parking garage 2 blocks away for additional parking if needed.

This condo is perfectly appointed! Everything is beautiful, the decor, the kitchen, the furnishings. The beds are super comfortable, the linens and towels are luxurious. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. We are staying here again and are so happy with our choice!!

Incredible stay!! Posh and lovely. The owner was in quick communication and made everything so easy. We came for our daughters graduation and her VRBO felt like a high end stay just a block away from campus. What a perfect location. The beds were like clouds of relaxation.
