There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 204 offers a shared courtyard balcony that is delineated with a fence.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

What a lovely & convenient place to enjoy an Auburn visit. Apt. is beautifully furnished as pictured, super spacious, and really comfortable. It is steps away from wonderful dining & shopping options. For those visiting on a weekend, note there is noise from nearby comings & goings, you are staying in a college town after all! The white noise machines in each room were excellent!!!

Great location, great condo! Sliding door in shower doesn't stay shut, needs to be adjusted. Coffee maker not the greatest, splatters coffee all over the place. Hot watwr in shower does not last long enough. Minor details for sure, but thought I'd mention.

Great location and very nice condo. Will stay here again given the convenience. But, As expensive as it is a few things would be Nice to add/fix/upgrade 1. Better coffee machine. 2. Table between chairs for outdoor deck so I had somewhere to set my coffee cup and wine glass 3. Building elevator had something seriously wrong. Sounded like it was scraping a wall when moving. 4. Better hair dryer. The one in the unit was very weak

Great location
You cannot get more convenient than this place. Great parking and a quick walk everywhere downtown or to campus. This condo was new, nicely decorated, very clean and spacious…perfect for my daughter’s graduation weekend. I was able to cook brunch for family and some of her friends. Kitchen stocked but I brought a few disposable pans, plates, and cups. Target is connected to the building so any extras I needed were easy to buy there. Depending on which condo you rent, you might have a shared patio or a view instead. This unit had the patio. The bar close by has music that can be heard late into the night but they provide a sound machine to help with that. I would definitely stay again.
