"We loved the cozy cottage! It IS cozy but also more spacious than it seems in the photos. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 and we appreciated the welcoming gestures such as spices to cook with, coffee, DVDs, extra towels and blankets. The kitcheware is all top quality and the gas fireplace kept us cozy. It's in a quiet, wooded area about a 15 minute drive to Whiteface mountain and 30 minutes to Lake Placid. We would gladly stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Skylight. While it was snowing pretty steadily when we arrived, the walkway was shoveled and we had immediate contact from Jason to help us park in the right place since the snowbanks hid all the signs! The cabin was perfect for us and our two boys, ages 4 and 7. "We came to Saranac Lake to check out the Adirondacks. It is a beautiful area. The Cabin is great for kicking back and soaking in the surroundings. We brought a boat with fishing in mind. Not such a good idea. Oh! the cabin advertisement indicated that it was "Blue" . Well, that's only half true. Like I said, we brought a boat so we could leave from the Cabin and fish. But, if one arrives at the cabin by water, it is brown, not blue. It rains on us for 3 days, but we still hadfun."

"We stayed here for several days on a ski trip to Whiteface. The kids decided this was the best rental property they had ever stayed in! The house is comfortable, beautifully maintained and well appointed, with stunning views of Whiteface Mountain from the porch and front yard. Host was very communicative and responsive.
