Parking
Parking options are convenient and plentiful at our property. You'll find space for up to three cars in the circular driveway at the front of the home, while two additional spots are available behind the house, in front of the garage. Please note that the garage is not currently available for parking. Street parking is not allowed on the beach block in Brigantine.

Brigantine
Brigantine itself is a tranquil island just north of Atlantic City, perfect for families seeking a peaceful getaway with the option to explore the vibrant entertainment of Atlantic City nearby.
Getting around Brigantine is hassle-free, with ample parking on-site and alternative transportation options readily available. While street parking is prohibited on beach block streets, taxi, Uber/Lyft, and bus services are convenient alternatives. Additionally, both the Atlantic City and Philadelphia airports are easily accessible, ensuring seamless travel to and from our luxurious retreat.
EV Charger: We offer a Level 2 Tesla-only charger, providing 220 volts and adding 12-35 miles per hour.
TVs: Enjoy Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, though cable is not available. You can easily log into popular applications like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO for entertainment.
Outdoor Bathroom/Shower: Please note that during the winter months, our outdoor facilities are closed as a precautionary measure to prevent freezing pipes.
Beach Tags: Ten beach tags will be provided, and additional tags can be purchased from any beach tag vendor or online atwww.viplypass.com/brigantine-beach-tags/.
Elevator: Access every floor of the home comfortably via the elevator, with a maximum occupancy of two persons. If you require instructions on its operation, please don't hesitate to ask.
Noise Level: We utilize smart home technology, specifically NoiseAware, to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. This device measures volume levels throughout the property and enables us to address noise concerns promptly while respecting your privacy.
House Rules:
No smoking inside the house; a $250 fine will be imposed for violations.
The number of guests on-premises must not exceed the booked occupancy; a $200 fine per person will apply otherwise.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be respectful of neighbors.
The primary renter must provide a valid government ID, phone number, and address.
If any guest is under 21 years old, the primary renter must be 25 years old or older.

Lost and Found
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for lost belongings. A handling fee of at least $100 will apply for returning requested items, with shipping and packaging charged at cost. Items will be held for 5 days before being donated at management discretion.

Checkout Policy:
· Late checkout is not permitted to accommodate our cleaners' schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Beyond 2 hours late, the charge will be 2x the upcoming night's stay.
