Great stay!
My family had a great stay. The view was beautiful, home was clean and roomy. This has to be one of the best places I have stayed since we have started our trips to the beach 10 years ago. Customer service(Vacasa) was outstanding. There were a few small issues but nothing major with some of the appliances. The building itself is a nice quiet place, family friendly, two pools, and easy access to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful ocean front condo.
Loved everything about 216. Spotless, beautifully decorated. Everything you could need in the kitchen. I have bad knees and loved the huge walk in shower in the master. Other bathroom has tub and shower. Can't wait to go again.

Everything about this property was as advertised. Clean. And had small issue with shower the first day. However property managers had everything back in order a couple Hours later. Would definitely stay again.

It felt more like an investment than someone’s part time home. The master mattress was not comfortable, the master shower was awful and the cushion covers we cheap looking. I have stayed at Sands Villa many times and love the property and the rental company has always been easy to work with.

Cute Unit but Dirty
This unit was overall a good unit but the maids barely touched the unit prior to our arrival. I ended up having to mop our floors the night we got there and our mop water was black. All of the amenities are in good working condition. Just poor cleanliness.

Great place to stay. View of the ocean though in front of the dunes. Great balcony to watch the sunrise. Nice outdoor and indoor pool/hot tub. Really enjoyed the trip.
