"There was a lot of construction noise from hotel work being done during the day while I was staying. The lighting really could have been better in the room, even with all the lights on it was dim and the top bolt on my door didn't work. Overall it was a really great room, clean, large, easy to use, and a great location with the subway on the corner of the same block. Target and Whole Foods are within walking distance, as is the Brooklyn Bridge, "

"Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful."

"Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"
