Awesome Experience!
This is a great rental property for you and your family when visiting Atlanta! The property is conveniently located. The host took great care of us. The house was very clean and provided all of the accommodations that we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!!! Five Stars all the way around!

Thanksgiving get away
This property was perfect for our 2 families, one from Florida, other from Ohio to meet in the middle for the Thanksgiving holiday. Was close to Grant Park where other family lives. House was spacious for 5 adults, cute decor and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with Monique was always timely! Thank you for great stay.

Great Stay
Me and my friend group had a great time staying here. Inside the home looks even better in person. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood but close to the main road so there was the sound of the street. The only things we needed to adjust to were the tiny elevation steps from the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Plenty of home tools if needed. Very cozy and definitely made it feel like a home away from home. Monique is very prompt and thorough. She gave us honest advice on how to get to the home and there was nothing left out in the details provided! She was very polite and fast with delivering information! Would book with her anytime!

Great for a weekend in Atlanta
The house was clean, cozy and close to downtown Atlanta. Monique was very easy to get in touch with, was flexible with the check in time, and was an overall great host. I was in town for Shaky Knees festival and this property worked out great. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Atlanta for an event.

Convenient location
Love the home very well decorated. Good for a peaceful family of 5. Location was great for us 12 minutes or less away from entertainment like the aquarium, Coca-cola factory and the beltline was super close. It was convenient location for visiting my family. The owner answered right away when I needed help. You can hear the traffic but it didn't disturb our sleep. The neighborhood is safe and the area was quiet. Love the dining area it was great for family dinner the couch was also comfortable to sit on and the beds were comfortable as well.

Nice weekend getaway
The house was very beautiful! It was me my Husband, my friend Rachel, and my two toddler children On this trip and the house was very accommodating. It is on a busy street but there is a behind street to get into the driveway which was a safe access. We went to the aquarium the zoo the Coca-Cola museum and The civil rights Museum. It is not too far from target which was great! Monique answered any questions we had promptly and was a very good host!

Cute and convenient home in East Asheville
The check in process was simple, the home was clean and cute. Parking is in the driveway off an alley behind the home which was actually quite nice/convenient. The neighborhood is transitional but felt safe. Conveniently located on Moreland Ave. Only downside is the traffic going down Moreland is loud inside the house, especially in the 2 front bedrooms, and it goes on all day and night.

Monique's beautiful home was perfect for my birthday weekend mini-getaway. The home was cozy, just the right amount of space, beautifully decorated and the king size bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property, Nicely Decorated
My sisters, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful property for a girls' weekend. The house interior is just as pictured and described and the perfect amount of space for the four of us. Monique has put attention, flair, grace and creativity in decorating and renovating the property. My sister's favorite color is purple so she felt at home in the purple room and my older sister loved the setup of the green room. You park at he rear of the property and when you turn out, the front street is super busy with traffic so be careful coming and going. Lots of leaves and straw in the yard during our stay but the house was well worth it. Monique was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks for the listing!

This house is well put together. You can tell their was attention to detail and thought put into the decor and layout of the home. There were four of us who stayed over night. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were nice quality. The house is very clean and I was comfortable throughout the home. The space is great for gathering and enjoying each other's company with the open floor plan. You can be in the kitchen, dining area, or living room and still be together having the same conversation. The bedrooms are separate enough to retreat to for privacy. The front yard is a beautiful escape from the rest of the home. I hosted a birthday dinner out on the front lawn which is gated and tree lined. The neighborhood is still being revitalized but we felt safe and no one bothered us. The neighbors are far enough from the house to provide privacy even with us being outside in the yard. We were able to park a quite a few vehicles in the backyard easily. The host was responsive and even checked in with me afterwards to ensure everything went well. I would recommend this rental. Thank you Monique for a great stay.
