Nice House for a Long Weekend
We were in town for a long weekend and concert at the Mercedes Benz Center. A short Uber ride away, and the house (and deck and yard) were great. The neighborhood is quiet, but a little rough. No food or restaurants within walking distance, but overall a nice place. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great place, location iffy
We loved the house! Kitchen was spacious, plenty of seating and all very clean! Everything we needed and more was there. The only concern we had was the drive into the area seemed a little sketchy. However, we had no issues!

My cousins and I stayed here for a New Years trip and we are obsessed with this property! It is gorgeous to say the least. Very clean and super accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities it offered. It kept us within 25mins of everything we had planned to do in the city. I will be booking again when I’m back in Atlanta.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable! Very spacious. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but it was safe and the house itself made the difference. Host was readily available and prompt response when needed. Great location and close to everything you would need. Definitely would return when we come back to GA to visit.

Just what we needed
This place blows your mind. When you pull up the neighborhood seems a little questionable but it’s being heavily revitalized. Then you walk in what seems to be a small cute house but end up being a huge warm and welcoming home. Our favorite two parts were the kitchen and the huge comfy living room couch. This was a great comfy entertaining space which is just what we needed.

Girlfriend‘s birthday weekend
This was one of the best stays I’ve had when booking a trip to the city. I had no issues with check in, and Wesley was responsive my entire stay with helping with any questions I had. I booked this place for my girl birthday weekend and she and her friends enjoyed themselves. The house itself was real nice and the neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and welcoming. Everything in the house was clean and well operating. My girl and I will be booking this place again in the future. 10/10 overall

Graduation weekend
The house is clean. Everything you need is there, cabinets are somewhat cluttered with what appears to be leftovers from prior guests stays- (nail extensions, markers, chargers..). There was a toothbrush and toothpaste left on top cabinet in master’s bath. The area outside however is unkempt- tall grass. That said the host answers quickly. The place met our needs.

The property owner said to us early in the week, hey a tree is down in the backyard from the hurricane and it will be removed Friday. Reality… it was a big tree that literally was almost in the house! It was grossly understated about what was going on! I did not appreciate it and we could not use the yard and we awoke that Saturday to chainsaws and the property owner directing the men! Had insurance adjusters coming to the door asking me about the property and I had to text him that they were there! So, no. My stay was not great!

Unassuming Home
This is a very unassuming little home. When you first turn in to the neighborhood, you wonder what you’re going to come across. Even pulling up to the home, you wouldn’t think that it was as spacious and attractive as it really was. The pictures on the listing are very accurate. This home was everything we needed it to be. Up to date. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. It wasn’t far from the places we traveled to. Even though the neighborhood is a bit rough, we still felt safe. We weren’t worried about anyone bothering us. We’d definitely book again.

Comfortable modern stay close to the city center
This house had an open floor plan that allowed us to stretch out on the big, comfy couch, hang out in the kitchen, and gather around the large table. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It had a nice fenced backyard and a concrete driveway big enough for a compact SUV and a full-size truck. And while the neighborhood was quiet, it was also what we would call "transitional." I wouldn't walk the streets, but felt safe in the house. It seems like run down properties are getting fixed up, so the area is likely improving, but it's not ideal. That said, it was a pretty quick drive to the city and attractions that we wanted to go to.

Not so great stay.
Checking in was very easy, however the neighborhood was sketchy. When we first got there and was looking at everything we noticed the laundry area was a mess, 3 empty detergent bottles, the rack was down, some rolled up hair inside the remote holder, went outside to the seating area, everything needed to be cleaned and pressure washed, my mom had to clean the chairs so we could have somewhere to sit as well as the table, my husband killed a roach that was coming out behide the surround sound, the decorative table thing they had on the couch was dirty, no batteries in fan remotes, or in tv remote in master room. As we was pulling off the sheeting in the master bed on the pillow top/mattress cover there was a pretty big spot of blood. As we was leaving to go try to find something to eat we thought we heard gunshots but wasn’t sure, to find out down the road in town there was a shooting. Only good thing I can say about this home is it’s bigger than expected, remodeled nicely.
