"The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. During our stay, it was windy for a few days due to winds coming from the north. However there was no wind on the other side of the island which was 20 mins drive so went there. (faliraki beach). "

"The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach. We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time. "Such a lovely, family run hotel. So much more personal and quiet compared to the bigger, 4 & 5 star hotels. We were really glad we picked the Caravel. Huge room (apartment), great food and pool and just over the road from the sea. The owners were incredibly friendly, sorted out some last minute euros for us and booked probably the best taxi service we’ve ever had! All the good reviews were spot on. "

"The Villa was spacious with everything provided for a great stay. The air conditioning a real plus providing a very comfortable temperature with the temperature outside so high. "A lovely place to stay for a quiet break from it all. The Villa was all we needed. We were a little disappointed that the second shower room was so tiny, difficult to shower in it however this was not an issue as the main bathroom was great. Rhodes is a great place to visit, the Villa is situated in an ideal location to ecplore the island, it's beaty and history. There are plenty of supermarkets locally. I would certainly recommend this place, the owner's are so kind and friendly 😊 "

"The villa was lovely, especially the outside space which was amazing. The whole property and outdoor space were spotlessly clean and the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful family holiday there and were happy with everything. "Love embracing the culture away from the tourist traps. You don't really need a car. You can hire a taxi to get there and take the bus the rest of the time. Buses are reasonable only 3.30 euro from the town into the tourist cities. No need to look for parking in Rhodes or Lindos with the bus system. Bus station is maybe a 5- 8 minute walk. I will probably not rent a car next time. Rustic and what the locals live in. Loved the private patio. My daughter stayed up nights with the lights...
