"The perfect farmhouse setting. We had the whole Iowa family from Cedar Rapids come down to visit us at this vrbo. It reminded them of the farm property they all grew up on about 50 miles away in Independence. With all the trees, grass paths and deer each morning, it was a joy to sit on the front yard porch swing sipping coffee! "

"Nice location, only about a 1 mile walk to Kinnick. There also is a good restaurant right across the street and plenty of other restaurants, groceries, etc... within easy driving distance. Public rooms in house are not big, but a surprising amount of space in the bedrooms. Owner also found something someone in our group left and worked to return it to us, which was very nice."

"First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved.
