"Great place that's inexpensive for short or long stays. The customer service is amazing and readily answers any questions you may have. The rooms were clean, but, of course, it's not a five-star hotel, so don't expect everything to be spotless. You get what you pay for. The location is fantastic, as Universal Orlando Park is just a stone's throw away—only a five-minute drive or a 15-minute walk! This motel is also a partner motel, offering scheduled shuttles to the parks. The on-site café is excellent, and there’s also a pool, an Indian restaurant, and a small shop in the lobby area."

"This hotel should be 4 star it has excellent service very pleasant at front desk I got warm chocolate chip cookies at ck in / clean towels daily lobby had great restaurant with bar/ sorbet stand / gift shop and beautiful courtyard with fire pit. Loved the bridge to Universal I will be back soon thank you Hilton for a great stay"
